  • Active Directory. Extensive experience with enterprise level networking. Multi and Single domain models.   • Clustering. Windows Cluster Services based on Windows 2000 and 2003 Server Enterprise Server. Cluster support for file and printer sharing, Microsoft Exchange and SQL servers. Network Load Balancing (NLB) for web servers
  • WSUS and SUS (Microsoft update and patch management service). Implemented a global patch management solution for servers worldwide using WSUS 2.0 and WSUS 3.0

  • Microsoft Exchange 2007, Exchange 2003, Exchange 2000 and Exchange 5.5. Designed, implemented and supported various Exchange mail messaging solutions including multiple sites and routing groups, large number of mail domains, internal and external mail routing, spam filtering, e-mail policy compliance. Supported more than 30 Exchange servers in the organisation. Remote access for Microsoft Exchange including OWA and RPC-over-HTTPS (Outlook Anywhere)
  • E-Mail flow troubleshooting. All levels of e-mail subsystem troubleshooting from SMTP to the end user's mailbox
  • Exchange disaster recovery. Performed complex Exchange disaster recovery tasks including complete SAN failure and complete server hardware recovery
  • Migration between different Exchange versions (5.5 to 2000 and 2003). Participated in the design of Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 migration
